Best Way to Lose Weight Fast -- Getting Your Mind Right

Weight loss is 90% mental. If you don't have the right mindset, you're not going to lose weight fast. It's as simple as that. But if you do take steps to "get your mind right" you'll make great fat loss progress at a very quick rate!

Step 1: Write Down Your Goal

Create a simple, specific goal statement and write it down on a notecard. Something like this will work:
"I will lose 15 pounds in a healthy way by eating a clean diet and doing efficient exercise by June 21st."
You should read your goal statement first thing in the morning and preferably last thing at night. This will help to put you in the right mindset for fast, healthy weight loss.

Step 2: Daily Visualization

Spend a few minutes each day visualizing success, preferably right after you read your goal statement in the morning and/or after reading it before going to sleep. Create a short mental movie where you "see" yourself with a fit, lean, sexy body doing something you enjoy, such as laying on the beach or playing a sport. Derive lots of pleasure and enjoyment from your success vision. Imagine you've already lost your extra body fat, boosted your energy, and created a fit, great-looking body. Allow yourself to feel the incredible feelings of pleasure and happiness that come from achieving an important goal. The more you do this, the faster you'll lose the weight.

Step 3: Boost Motivation

Boost and reinforce your motivation on a daily basis. Look at photos of people with fit, sexy, bodies. Watch motivational/energy-boosting videos on Youtube. Think about a past success and how great it felt to achieve it.

What we're going here is "programming" your mind in a way that can literally force you to achieve incredible success in a short period of time. These things might seem a little far-fetched, but they've been proven to work very, very well. Make yourself do each of the steps above for a week and they will start to become automatic. Within just 17-21 days they will become permanent habits and you'll have an extremely powerful piece of the fat loss success puzzle!
