1. Get on a starch-free diet.
One of the simplest and healthiest ways to lose body fat quickly while improving the way you look and feel is to stop eating starchy carbs for awhile. Starches contain lots of calories and often have negative effects on your body and fat levels. Simply stop eating starches and you could lose several pounds and inches very quickly. That means no bread, cereals, pastas, potatoes, rice, etc. Focus on lean proteins, unprocessed carbs (especially vegetables and fruits), and healthy oils (eg. olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, etc.).
2. Start drinking LOTS of water.
Try to drink a gallon of water per day in the form of plain water, sugar-free teas (especially green tea), and sparkling water spritzers. Besides killing your hunger while boosting your energy, drinking this much water will speed up your metabolism and help you lose several pounds fast. Your muscles will also be fully hydrated and look more toned.
3. Do full-body circuit training workouts.
2-4 times a week do a short, higher-intensity workout based around full-body circuit training. Focus on light-to-medium free weights and/or bodyweight exercises. Train all your major muscles groups in each workout. This will burn more calories while forcing your body to produce powerful hormones that stimulate the metabolism and increase lean muscle mass 24 hours a day!
