Cut out the Bad Carbs -- Most people can lose 10 or 15 lbs very quickly, simply by removing all the "bad" carbs from their diet. Start by cutting out all processed carbohydrates, especially refined sugars and flours, but also including grain products (bread, cereal, pasta, etc.). Next cut out all starchy carbs, including potatoes and rice, for the time being. After you've lost those first 15 pounds or so you can begin to cycle/rotate starches back into your diet.

Always have some sort of healthy snack on hand and try to eat a small meal or snack every 2-3 hours.
Do Short Intense Workouts Often -- The best kind of exercise to burn fat fast and lose pounds easily is higher-intensity, interval-based exercise, such as HIIT. Interval workouts are actually much easier than long, slow, and boring "cardio" workouts, such as jogging. Intervals not only burn fat and calories, they also cause your body to pump out powerful fat-burning/muscle-building hormones that make it MUCH easier to lose those 15 to 20 pounds in a short amount of time!
