1. Eat only natural, unprocessed, whole foods -- Stick to meats, eggs, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Avoid all processed/refined foods, especially sugars, flours, and fats.
2. Do some form of full-body resistance training -- Two to five times a week, do a full-body workout based around strength/resistance exercises. Stick to "big" movements (e.g. squats and pullups) that work multiple muscle groups for the fastest fat loss and fitness results.
3. Do some form of higher-intensity interval-based cardio exercise -- At least 3 times a week, do some form of HIIT exercise, either by itself or after a strength training workout.
