"Health" Foods That Aren't Healthy at All
There are so many fake "health" foods out there it's mind-blowing! Some very popular examples: Vitamin Water, flavored yogurts, soy protein products, and protein/weight loss bars. They all contain refined sugars, refined fats, unhealthy oils, and/or ingredients proven to cause health problems. Just another case of marketing manipulating facts and yet another reason we all have to do our own research!
