The Burpee/Pull-Up/Sledgehammer/Tire Workout

Below is more evidence that you don't need a bunch of fancy/expensive exercise equipment in order to get a fantastic full-body workout that burns fat fast, builds lean muscle tissue, and dramatically increases functional strength. All you need is a sledgehammer, an old tire, a pullup bar, your own bodyweight, and some creativity...

I just did this last night.... good lord it was much more brutal than I thought it would be. Excellent recommendation
