Holly Madison Has a New Diet!

Holly Madison of Playboy fame has just released a new diet designed to help women lost weight after pregnancy. The diet was created in tandem with the smart nutritionist at eDiets and is said to focus on veggies, fruits, low-fat proteins, healthy fats, and whole foods.

Holly recently lost about 30 pounds in just 6 weeks -- without doing intense workouts  -- after having her first child, so she obviously knows something about fast, healthy weight loss. Check out the video below to learn more...
