Think you need a bunch of fancy exercise equipment or an expensive gym membership to burn fat, build muscle, get into fantastic shape, and build the body of your dreams? Well think again! Bodyweight-only, no-equipment workouts can be just as effective as workouts based around free weights, machines, and fitness gadgets... and in some cases even more effective.
And they definitely don't need to be boring. Push-ups, dips, pull-ups, and free squats are great but they aren't the only options when it comes to a gym-free workout.
