Thanks for those tips tips. They actually work ! I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks just by exercising 30 mins everyday. I've not sacrificed on my food habits,just cut back on sugar based food, chips, sodas, but it's small price to pay. I feel more energetic and confident about myself.
