The reason I am on here is because I'm 15 5'11 163lbs. I need to lose atleast 15 lbs so I can play better on my football team. I'm going to be a WR. A great diet and exercise can get you everywhere in life. Three years ago I was fat and slow. Now I'm muscular. Try grilled chicken and things with no butter or oils. Keep count of every calorie you take in and try to burn more calories than u take in. DRINK A RIDICLOUS AMOUNT OF WATER.
