I was at 128.8 lbs, and I wanted to lose the last 10 pounds that have been soo hard for me to lose especially after having a baby. WELL! I finished and followed the strict diet as written. I weighed myself today and I am now at 124.7 lbs. And yes, all Of it was water weight.
